Update: We are currently not responding to ticket requests or receiving chats through this portal.  If you require assistance that cannot be found on the knowledgebase on this site, please contact your school.

Due to some issues we have been seeing with incorrect email addresses, and submissions coming from people who do not own the email address being entered into requests, we require registration to the website in order for parents to submit tickets as well as email validation.

Fill out the form and click register to create your account. Remember the password you entered as you will need it whenever you want to start a chat/create a ticket on the website.

Upon completion of the form, you will get a verification email to make sure that you are the owner of the email address for the account being created.

Click the link and the registration is complete.  You can now Get Tech Help with a ticket any time, or start a chat in the bottom right corner of the screen during our regular hours of operation (8:00 am to 4:00 pm).
